About Me

I graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara with a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Psychology in 2001. In 2003, I graduated from Pepperdine University with a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Throughout the various stages of my career, I have had the opportunity to work with many children, adolescents, families, couples, and individuals in a variety of settings, including home based, school based, and clinic based therapy.

I am a strength based therapist, and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Solution Focused Therapy to best suit my clients' needs.  I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and by working together, the best possible outcome can be achieved.
